A Guest Lecture, titled “Establishment of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in Pakistan: Analysis of Current Policies, Possible Reforms in the Sector and Future Prospects” was held at Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI) on February 12, 2019. Mr. Hassan Daud Butt, Project Director/CPEC Coordinator/Focal Person CPEC, Ministry of Planning Development & Reform was the Speaker. The talk discussed in length the subject, elaborating on the development and scope of the outlined SEZs under the framework of CPEC.
