The Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI) hosted Professor Bertrand BADIE on February 11, 2019 for delivering a lecture on the topic “New Conflicts in International Relations.” A renowned French scholar, Professor Badie is the Director of the PhD programme at Paris Institute of Political Studies. He has authored multiple books, research papers, and has also taught at various universities across the world. The lecture was chaired by Brig (R) Mohammed Mehboob Qadir, Acting President, IPRI, and attended by IPRI Scholars at IPRI Conference Hall.
